Deadlines

3/1 – Programs submit entry requests by age group using the entry request form

3/3 – SEA notifies programs the number of allocated entries in each division

3/5 – Programs confirm the number of allotted spots they are accepting by emailing a list of names to Joetta and paying the registration fees. Please click HERE to pay (Students $80/Staff $30). There will be a late fee assessed of $30 per participant for late payment and/or late submission of names.

3/17 – Substitutions can be made up to this date ($15 per substitution). Programs forfeit the entire entry fee for any player who withdraws after this date.

3/24 – Waivers are due (SEA student, CSA facility waiver). Please contact Joetta if you are unable to submit by this date.

4/7 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash before 5pm EST.

Event Summary
Cincinnati Open will offer U13, U15, U17, and U19 divisions for both genders
Matches will begin on Friday at 5PM and end on Sunday at 2PM
SEA will NOT offer flight subsidies for this tournament
