Deadlines

9/14 – General Informational Call with programs, 1PM EST. Click THIS link to join.
9/15 – Programs submit entry requests by age group and gender using the entry request form.
9/19 – SEA notifies programs of the number of allocated entries in each division.
9/23 – Programs confirm how many allotted spots they are accepting and complete Final entries form before the end of day.
10/5 – Programs submit the waivers (SEA student, RacquetUp Detroit facility ). All submitted entrants must have passed the US Squash Referee Exam by this date. After this date, there is a $15 fee per player for substitutions, and programs are responsible for a $30 entry fee for any player who drops out.
10/7 – Programs submit all applicable student waivers and forms. (Please contact me if you are unable to submit by this date)
10/11 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash before 5pm EST.

Event Summary
Great Lakes Invitational will include U13, U15, U17, and U19 divisions for both genders. Larger draws will include A and B divisions.

Matches will begin on Friday at 5PM and end on Sunday at 3PM.

Each participating player must have an up-to-date US Squash membership. Players must also have passed the US Squash Referee Exam (found in the Affiliations/Certifications section of each players’ US Squash account “Home” page).

Travel
SEA will reimburse $200 for student flights (up to 10 students per program).

All participants are required to submit a pre-travel COVID-19 test within 3 days of the event start (taken no earlier than October 11). Please note that the general masking policy for GLI will be announced on October 7th.
