Deadlines
4/15 – Programs submit entry requests by age group and gender using the entry request form
4/20 – SEA notifies programs of the number of allocated entries in each division.
4/27 – Programs confirm how many allotted spots they are accepting.
4/29 – Programs who would like to update player US Squash accounts must submit a US Squash Account Update Form to SEA by this date. For more information on creating new accounts, please read SEA’s US Squash Accounts Document.
5/4 – *Final entries and attending staff information submitted to Edgardo Gonzalez. All submitted entrants must have passed the US Squash Referee Exam by this date. After this date, there is a $15 fee per player for substitutions, and programs are responsible for half of the entry fee for any player who drops out.
5/11 – SEA shares initial seedings.
5/13 – Programs submit the waivers (SEA student, staff, Specter Center, COVID-19 Vaccination status) online payment. *Programs are responsible for half the entry fee for any player dropouts after 5/13
5/16 – Seeding petitions due
5/18 – SEA sends revised seedings to programs.
5/25 – Informational Call with programs, 1PM EST
5/31 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash.

*If players need to request later start times, programs must send these requests in a separate email to SEA at the same time they submit the entrant form. Exceptions will be granted rarely.
**Seedings will be based on US Squash ratings and SEA rankings

Event Summary
Individual Nationals will include U13, U15, U17, and U19 divisions for both genders. Larger draws will include A and B divisions.

Matches will begin on Friday at 2PM and end on Sunday at 2 PM.

Each participating player must have an up-to-date US Squash membership. Players must also have passed the US Squash Referee Exam (found in the Affiliations/Certifications section of each players’ US Squash account “Home” page).

Program Fees
$30 per entry
$15 fee for entry substitutions submitted after 5/11.
*Programs are responsible for half the entry fee for any player dropouts after 5/13

Travel
Programs are strongly encouraged to book refundable tickets in the case the tournament has to be postponed or canceled due to COVID-19
SEA will reimburse $200 for student flights, up to 10 students per program.
