Deadlines
2/25 – Only for new requests – Programs submit Team Request Form for the number of teams/entries by age group
3/1 – Only for new requests – Programs notified of the number of allotted teams/entries in each category on a rolling basis.
3/2 – Programs confirm the number of teams they are bringing
3/11 – Programs submit rosters on US Squash System, T-Shirt Request Form, and waivers for all attending players and staff. $30 entry fee per player. $10 fee per person for late or incomplete submissions. $100 fee per team for any teams that drop out after this point. Payments made online
Programs who would like to update player’s US Squash memberships must submit a US Squash Account Update Form to Edgardo Gonzalez by this date. For this information on creating new accounts, please see SEA’s US Squash Accounts Guidelines.
3/16 – Release preliminary seeding. Petition period opens
3/22 – Seeding petitions and final requests for later start time due
3/30 – Pre-tournament informational call with all available/attending staff members.
4/1 – All vaccination records uploaded using this form
4/4 – Final tournament draw posted on US Squash site
4/7 – Upload pre-travel proof of a negative PCR test using this form
4/8 – Roster order cannot change after check-in

Entry and Late Fees
$30 entry fee per student
$10 late fee per student and $100 per team for changes made after the deadline, 3/11

Schedule
Friday, April 8, 2022, all players need to be available starting at 2:00 pm.
Sunday, April  10, 2022, all players need to be available until 2:00 pm.

Travel and Accommodations
Programs are strongly encouraged to book refundable tickets in the case the tournament has to be postponed or canceled due to COVID-19
Programs are eligible for a $100 airfare subsidy per student, up to 10 total students.
