Tournament Format: Individual

Event Summary

  • U13, U15, U17, and U19 divisions for both genders
  • $40 entry fee per player
  • Matches will begin on Friday at 5PM and end on Sunday before 3PM

Ratings/Rankings: Ratings tournament – Participants will not receive ranking points

Deadlines: All submission links will be made available 1/15/2023
3/17 – Programs submit entry requests by age group and gender using the entry request form
3/24 – SEA notifies programs of the number of allocated entries in each division
4/3 – Programs confirm how many allotted spots they are accepting
4/10 – Final entries and attending staff information submitted to Joetta Francis. After this date, there is a $15 fee per player for substitutions, and programs are responsible for half of the entry fee for any player who drops out
4/17 – Programs submit the waivers and online payment, $40 entry fee. *Programs are responsible for half the entry fee for any player dropouts after 4/10
5/10 – Informational Call with programs, 1PM EST
5/17 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash before 5pm EST

Seedings
Seedings will be based on US Squash ratings

SEA COVID-19 Policies

All participants are required to submit a pre-travel COVID-19 test within 3 days of the event start (taken no earlier than May 16). Please note that the general masking policy for ESO will be announced on March 3rd.
