Deadlines
12/2 – Programs submit Team Request Form for the number of teams/entries by age group
12/9 – Programs notified of the number of allotted teams/entries in each category on a rolling basis.
12/16 – Programs confirm the number of teams they are bringing

12/20 Programs who would like to update player’s US Squash memberships must submit a US Squash Account Update Form to Bill Buckingham (bill.buckingham@ussquash.org) by this date. For this information on creating new accounts, please see SEA’s US Squash Accounts Guidelines.
1/3 – Programs submit rosters on US Squash System, T-Shirt Request Form, and waivers for all attending players and staff. $40 entry fee per player. $10 fee per person for late or incomplete submissions. $100 fee per team for any teams that drop out after this point. Payments made online
1/9 – Release preliminary seeding. Petition period opens
1/17 – Seeding petitions and final requests for later start time due
2/2 – Pre-tournament informational call with all available/attending staff members.
2/7 – Upload pre-travel proof of a negative covid test using this form
2/8 – Final Tournament Draw Posted on US Squash
2/10 – Roster order cannot change after check-in

Entry and Late Fees
$40 entry fee per student
$10 late fee per student and $100 per team for changes made after the deadline, 1/3

Friday, February 10, 2023, all players need to be available starting at 5:00 pm.
Sunday, February 12, 2023, all players need to be available until 3:00 pm.

Travel and Accommodations
Programs are eligible for a $200 airfare subsidy per student, up to 15 total students.
