We are thrilled to announce a remarkable achievement that 133 students across our SEA network gained admission to private, parochial, and selective public schools.

Hailing from 16 SEA member programs and three international partners, 82 students will be attending selective public schools, 32 have gained admission to parochial schools, and 20 will enroll in private institutions. This diverse array of placements reflects the dedication and hard work of both the students and the staff within the SEA community.

At the forefront is SquashBusters, with an outstanding 34 students securing spots at institutions such as Boston Latin Academy, Boys Latin School, John Bryant School of Mathematics and Science. Following closely, Racquet Up Detroit leads with 15 successful admissions, followed by Urban Squash Cleveland with 12. Chicago’s MetroSquash, Baltimore’s SquashWise, StreetSquash, and Urban Squash Cleveland have also made significant contributions, each accounting for 9 admissions. Other programs with accepted students include Buffalo’s 716 Squash, Cincinnati Squash Academy, the Bronx’s CitySquash, Wilmington’s First State Squash, Charleston’s Kids on Point, Houston’s Mission Success, Santa Barbara School of Squash, Oakland’s SquashDrive, Philadelphia’s SquashSmarts, and Pittsburgh’s Steel City Squash.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our SEA network students who have secured placements in a diverse range of selective institutions,” says Director of Education at SEA, Danielle James. “Their acceptances to these institutions showcase their remarkable talents, dedication, and the success of our program in nurturing well-rounded individuals. SEA congratulates all the students and their families on this exciting milestone!

Further underscoring our global reach, SEA’s international partners have played a crucial role in this achievement. Students from South Africa’s Egoli Squash, Canada’s Urban Squash Toronto, and Colombia’s Squash Urbano have also been accepted into these institutions, both in the U.S. and their respective countries.

These opportunities not only signify their achievement, but also give them the chance for personal growth and expanded horizons.”

“Having spent three years at Indian Mountain School, I am grateful for the opportunities and growth it has provided me,” says Santi, a Squash Urbano Colombia student. “I’m excited to attend Taft next year, eager to embrace new challenges, and immerse myself in a new vibrant community.”

Santiago, who won IMS’s most prestigious award during graduation in May, is one of nine students from Squash Urbano that have earned a scholarship to private schools in the U.S.

“We celebrate Santi’s graduation from IMS with immense pride and are thrilled to welcome other students from Squash Urbano Colombia next fall,” says Charles Brown, Director of Admissions at IMS. “SEA students consistently bring a positive and impactful presence to our school and community.”
