Deadlines

6/25 – Programs submit entry requests by age group using the entry request form

6/29 – SEA notifies programs the number of allocated entries in each division

7/1 – Programs confirm the number allotted spots they are accepting by emailing a list of names to Joetta Francis. $150 entry fee per player must be paid HERE along with the list of names. There will be a late fee assessed of $25 per participant for late payment and/or late submission of names.

7/9 – Substitutions can be made up to this date ($15 per substitution). Programs forfeit the entire entry fee for any player who withdraws after this date.

7/15 – Waivers are due (SEA student, Steel City Squash Liability Waiver ). Please contact Joetta if you are unable to submit by this date.

7/21 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash before 5pm EST.

Event Summary
This tournament  will offer U13, U15, U17, and U19 divisions for both genders
Matches will begin on Wednesday at 2PM and end on Friday by 1PM
Housing accommodations will be provided in the Chatham Dorms
SEA will NOT offer flight subsidies for this tournament
