Deadlines
5/5 – Programs submit entry requests by age group and gender using the entry request form. Nominations for Sportsmanship and Squash Player of the year due.

5/8 – SEA notifies programs of the number of allocated entries in each division.

5/14 – Programs who would like to update player US Squash accounts must submit a bulk update through ClubLocker by this date. If you have any questions, please reach out to Sakora Miller (sakora.miller@ussquash.org).

5/21 – Programs confirm the number of allotted entries they are accepting and submit names and attending staff to Paulina Rojek/Joetta Francis. Programs also must enter their students via ClubLocker. $150 entry fee for participants and staff. $25 per person additional fee for late entries ($175 total). Payments are made online. T-shirt request form due. Programs must notify SEA if they want to request an early arrival (before 6/20), additional fees of $30 per person will apply.

5/26 – SEA shares initial seedings. Petition period opens.                          

6/2 – Programs submit the waivers (SEA student). Referee tests must also be passed by this date. Please contact Paulina if you are unable to submit waivers by this date.

6/6 –  Programs forfeit the entire entry fee for any player who drops out.

6/10 – Seeding petitions due.

6/17 – Informational Call with programs, 12PM EST

6/17 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash before 5pm EST.

6/20 – Roster order cannot change after check-in.

Event Summary
This tournament will offer U11, U13, U15, U17, and U19 divisions for both genders.
Matches will begin on Friday at 2PM and end on Sunday at 2PM. 
SEA will provide a $200 flight subsidy for up to 10 students per program site,
