Deadlines

1/27 – Programs submit entry requests by age group using the entry request form

1/29 – SEA notifies programs the number of allocated entries in each division

2/12 – Programs confirm the number allotted spots they are accepting by emailing a list of names to Joetta. $75 entry fee per player & $25 staff meal fee must be paid HERE along with the list of names. There will be a late fee assessed of $25 per participant for late payment and/or late submission of names.

2/15 – Last day to confirm hotel bookings! 

2/19 – Waivers are due (SEA student, Squashbridge Facility Waiver). Please contact Joetta if you are unable to submit by this date.

2/23 – Substitutions can be made up to this date ($15 per substitution). Programs forfeit the entire entry fee for any player who withdraws after this date.

3/4 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash before 5pm EST.

Event Summary
This tournament will offer U13, U15, U17, and U19 divisions for both genders.
Matches will begin on Saturday at 8AM and end on Sunday at 2PM.
SEA will NOT offer flight subsidies for this tournament.
