Deadlines
4/27 – Programs submit entry requests by age group and gender using the entry request form. Nominations are due for Sportsmanship, Squash Player, and Coach of the year award (Nomination form to be announced).

4/30 – SEA notifies programs of the number of allocated entries in each division.

4/30 – Nominations are due for Sportsmanship, Squash Player, and Coach of the year award.

5/13 – Programs confirm the number of allotted entries they are accepting and submit names and attending staff to Joetta Francis. $150 entry fee for participants and staff. $25 per person additional fee for late entries ($175 total). Payments are made online. T-shirt request form due. Programs must notify SEA if they want to request an early arrival (before 6/12), additional fees of $30 per person will apply.

5/18 –  SEA shares initial seedings. Petition period opens.                          

5/25 –  Waivers for all attending students and staff due.

6/1 – Seeding petitions due

6/9 – Informational Call with programs, 12PM EST

6/9 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash.

6/12 – Tournament Begins!

 

Event Summary
This tournament will offer U11, U13, U15, U17, and U19 divisions for both genders.
Matches will begin on Friday at 2PM and end on Sunday at 2PM.
