Deadlines

12/8 –  Programs submit Team Request Form for the number of teams by age group

12/11 – Programs notified of the number of allotted teams in each category

1/5 – Programs confirm the number of teams they are bringing by emailing student names by team and entering names on the ClubLocker League page. Payment of $100 per participant and $45 staff meal fee is due and can be paid here. There will be a late fee assessed of $25 per participant for late payment and/or late submission of names.  T-Shirt Request Forms Due. 

1/12 – Release preliminary seeding. Petition period opens.

1/16 – Seeding petitions due

1/23 –  SEA waiver due for all attendees (students and staff)

1/26 – Substitutions can be made up to this date ($15 per substitution). Programs forfeit the entire entry fee for any team that drops out.

2/3 – Pre-tournament informational call with all available/attending staff members.

2/4 – Final tournament draw posted on US Squash site

2/6 – Tournament begins! Roster order cannot change after check-in

 

Event Summary
This tournament will offer divisions for:  Middle School Girls, High Schools Girls, Middle School Boys, High School Boys, and Elementary School Mixed (B divisions will be added if necessary).

All teams will have five players.

For high school teams, any student who is part of your high school team may participate in the tournament event, even if they are 19 years old.

Co-ed teams can have a maximum of two girls per team.

Matches will begin on Friday at 2PM and end on Sunday at 3PM.
