3/9 – Squad informational call with Squash Directors, 1:00PM EST
3/30 – Programs submit nominations
4/13 – NUSEA releases acceptances to programs
5/11 – Programs submit waivers, online payment, flight information, and copies of physical exams and history of immunizations recent within 24 months.
Players should be nominated based exclusively on squash level, enthusiasm for squash, and work ethic in squash training. Programs are encouraged to nominate their strongest girls and boys.

$50/day per student ($200 total)
Number of participants: 40
Ages: Rising 6th-12th graders
Students will sleep in Deerfield Academy dormitories and eat in the Deerfield Academy dining hall.
Squash sessions will take place at the 10-court squash center at Deerfield Academy and the 6-court squash center at Eaglebrook School across the street from Deerfield Academy.
Students are required to bring $25 in spending money.
Programs are responsible for students’ transportation to/from Deerfield. NUSEA will provide a bus that leaves from StreetSquash and stops at Squash Haven on the way to assist with transportation.
Programs are eligible for a $100 airfare subsidy per student, up to 5 total students.

Board of Health
This camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the local board of health. Parents and programs have the right to request copies of background check, health care and discipline policies as well as procedures for filing grievances.
