Deadlines

12/12 – Programs submit Team Request Form for the number of teams by age group

12/14 – Programs notified of the number of allotted teams in each category

12/16 – Art contest finalists from each program submitted

12/29 – Programs confirm the number of teams they are bringing by entering names on the ClubLocker League page. Payment of $50 per participant is due and can be paid here. T-Shirt Request Forms Due.

1/9 – Release preliminary seeding. Petition period opens.

1/11 – Programs submit waivers.

1/12 – Substitutions can be made up to this date. Programs forfeit the entire entry fee for any team that drops out.

1/17 – Seeding petitions due

1/18 – Pre-tournament informational call with all available/attending staff members.

1/24 – Final tournament draws sent to programs and posted to US Squash before 5pm EST.

1/26 – Roster order cannot change after check-in

Event Summary
This tournament will offer an A and B division for the following (C divisions will be added if necessary):

Elementary School Girls, Elementary School Boys, Middle School Girls, High Schools Girls, Middle School Boys, High School Boys.

 All teams will have five players.

For high school teams, any student who is part of your high school team may participate in the tournament event, even if they are 19 years old.

Co-ed teams can have a maximum of two girls per team.

Matches will begin on Friday at 12PM and end on Sunday at 3PM.
SEA will provide a $200 flight subsidy for up to 15 students per program site.
