College & Alumni Support

In the last 20 years, SEA has sent over 750 students from its partner programs to college. SEA collaborates with programs to provide national support to high school graduates through college and beyond.

College Leadership & Support
Campus Connections helps SEA college students build community among one another and create a foundation of support on their campuses through participating in group activities and discussions facilitated by Campus Leaders each semester. In addition to creating a social network, SEA hopes that Campus Connections will specifically provide additional support for SEA college students who identify as first-generation and/or low-income students of color.

Career Readiness
SEA’s Career Connections Boot Camp is a five-day internship preparation program. SEA college students participate in professional skills workshops, receive guidance from our guest speaker series and private meetings with organization leaders, and gain a glimpse into dynamic work environments through afternoon visits to offices and company headquarters in New York City.

Alumni Networking
SEA hosts regional gatherings for its alumni at each program with graduated students. Hit-arounds provide a great opportunity for a casual reunion based around the sport that once inspired each student to join their program.

Tournaments
SEA hosts a national tournament for all alumni each August. The tournament rotates between the founding SEA cities, Boston and New York.
